Our client, one of the
Northwest’s leading provider for security
solutions are looking to recruit a
commercial professional to undertake a sales
support and marketing role in order to take
the business forward.
Commercial B2B experience in an internal
sales environment, along with marketing
experience will underpin the needs in this
role. Commercially successful community
derived organisation requires motivated,
hard working, professional individual with
excellent communication and organisational
skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible
for the following:
* To carry out a full marketing function in
order to ensure the achievement for sales
performance and profitability.
* To create marketing plans with support the
overall business plan.
* To deliver marketing campaigns and
marketing materials to support the sales
team and create opportunities for sales.
* To constantly watch market developments in
terms of competitor activity, market
opportunities which may affect the business.
* To maintain an online presence to reflect
the business and to ensure maximum exposure
and market opportunities.
* Develop and manage full reporting analysis
from CRM database systems to the Managing
Director.
* Maintain the CRM database.
* To manage small team of telemarketing and
customer service operators and ensure their
performance and focus is optimised.
* To disseminate and receive information to
and from the sales team via ongoing
communication to ensure effectiveness of
both functions.
* To ensure all administrative duties
required are duly and diligently performed
within the timescales required.
* To prioritise customer service excellent
at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial
background which covers both B2B sales and
marketing expertise.
