We would look to start a
new recruit on a research call basis and
then move them to appointment maker when
full training on our company, products and
services are completed.
Experience within the
insurance market is not necessary, however,
experience in telebusiness appointment
making is. Suitable candidates need to also
have experience talking to people at senior
levels.
We
would expect suitable candidates to have
•
Minimum of three years of business
experience involving regular telephone
contact with prospects or customers
• Good written and verbal communication
skills
• Good numeric and administrative skills
• Smart and personable qualities
• Good levels of time keeping
• Good IT skills including Word and Excel
• High levels of diligence and tenacity
The
salary grade for this position is £16,000
dependent upon experience, appointment
makers are also paid £10 per appointment and
a percentage of any new business won as a
result of their appointment. |
