Howard James Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading client in the Northwich area on a part time basis.

Hours of work are Monday and Tuesday 8am -6pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound queries to the business from existing clients and helping the to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a customer services capacity and good knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
