responsibility for the conversion of leads
into sales to our insurance buyers via
telephone transfer.
· Ability
to overcome objections through product and
service knowledge.
· Attention
to detail when detailing customers
requirements and criteria in order to best
match our service to correct insurance
buyer.
· Ensuring
daily targets are achieved and exceeded to
boost both company and personal sales
growth.
· Constantly
striving to meet high call quality and
customer service levels expected by both
company and customers.
· Build
strong relationships with buyers through
professional attitude to work.
· To
monitor own performance and rectify/seek
help when improvement in sales results can
or needs to be made.
· Help
build team morale by working to expected
standard and support to other colleagues as
and when required.
