We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on behalf of one of the leading companies on Gadbrook Park in Northwich.

The company

The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls from existing customers and answering any questions or queries that they may have. You will be expected to answer each and every call in a polite and professional manor

The candidate

You will have previous experience of working within a customer services capacity – ideally within a call centre environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
