We have an exciting opportunity for
experienced customer service advisors to
join an expanding Contact Centre based in
Northwich, Cheshire.
The role involves taking inbound customer
calls and responding to emails from
customers to solve issues and questions.
Successful candidates with have the
following attributes:

Customer service experience

Excellent communication skills
-
Computer literate including email
knowledge

Literacy skills
-
Ability to build rapport over the phone
The contact centre hours are between 9am and
5.30pm Monday to Friday, candidates must be
available fulltime
These role are permanent and full time and
offers a salary of £13,000 - 15,000 plus
benefits
