just relocate a division of the business to
central Leicester are looking for Customer
Service Advisors to join small team of
highly trained individuals.
Customer Services Team: A
busy Customer Services team. Each agent,
once fully trained, is responsible for all
customer service tasks. The tasks involve
making outbound customer service and
logistics calls (no sales), inputting
essential database changes, resolving some
incoming calls, dealing with customer
queries by letter, email or over the phone,
preparing reports and dealing with customer
queries. After thorough training you might
be expected to take overflow Helpdesk calls.
Essential attributes:
· Experience of a telephone based role (min
80% telephone work)
· Experience of using internet resources
such as courier websites for bookings
· Customer Service experience
· Intermediate Excel skills
· Excellent data input skills (excellent
accuracy, spelling & speed necessary)
· Pleasant, professional phone manner
· Confident and responsible character
· Ability to think around problems & to
accurately follow procedures
· Ability to manage their own time and to
keep self motivated to reach targets (not
sales – all achievable targets)
