Support Developer SharePoint Developer/
Consultant/ BizTalk Developer will
include:
- Supporting bespoke and COTS web
applications to agreed service levels
- Developing SharePoint based
applications
- Usage of adoptive Help Desk
application to record and update call
incident logs
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors to
resolve application issues
- Liaising with client and business
analysts to obtain SharePoint
requirements
- Provide estimates for agreed project
work/ system changes
- Interpreting specifications and
amending systems accordingly
- Create system documentation to
appropriate documentation standards
- Adhering to ITIL procedures across the
account
- Following the software development
life cycle when making changes to
applications
Essential Skills required for the
position of Web Analyst
- Degree or at least
two years commercial experience in a
development role
- The successful candidate will need to
demonstrate current expertise in the
administration, configuration,
development and support of technologies
- Solid application support experience
