Our client are one of the
Northwests leading outsource
provider and due to recent
growth of the company they are
looking to recruit a number of
experience Outbound Customer
Services advisors to help meet
increased business demand on the
various campaigns, our client
works on behalf of other
companies and seeks to maximise
the clients sales and reputation
by phoning both potential and
existing clients via the contact
centre.
The successful candidate will be
responsible for contacting both
new and existing clients and
promoting to them the services/
products of the client, your key
responsibilities are as follows:

To achieve all set Key
Performance Indicators
regarding the Sales Targets,
Data Usage and Quality
Measures.

To make outbound calls (via
a dialler) to new business
prospects and to make
contact with the business
owner or Decision Maker.
-
To Introduce oneself to the
Owner or Decision Maker and
to build an immediate
rapport with him/ her.
-
To provide an overview of
the product/ service on
offer and ask if they would
like to buy the product (or
if appropriate, agree to an
appointment.
-
To expertly handle
objections and to promote
the benefits of the product/
service.
-
To identify "buying signals"
from the Owner/ Decision
Maker, agree the next steps
and to close the call
appropriately.

To remain proactive in
meeting quality procedures,
contributing suggestions to
improve efficiency and
effectiveness and highlight
immediate or on-going
issues.

You will possess the following
skills/ attributes:

Good interpersonal skills,
with excellent verbal and
written communication.

Experience at asking
appropriate questions to
ascertain customer needs/
requirements.

Ideally educated to GCSE/ O
Level standard including
Math's and English.

Knowledge and experience of
using a computer/ keyboard
for data capture.
-
Previous telemarketing/ call
centre experience, ideally
outbound selling.
