Job Description

 

We are currently seeking outbound customer service candidates to join a successful organisation based in Warrington. My client is located in central Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with previous customer service experience to forge a good career with a reputable firm. The starting salary will be between £15 000 - £16 000 basic plus bonus.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries and questions

  • Up selling the companies products to new and existing clients

  • Booking appointments from inbound calls

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience of working to targets
