Telesales
Operative required
Due to
expansion a vacancy has arisen
in the Telebusiness Department
for a Telesales operative to
sell over the telephone.
The role will
involve contacting prospects
once a request for a no
obligation and independent
market review has been obtained
from our telemarketing
department.
The candidate
will then sell the policy and
more importantly, the company to
the prospect. This is done using
the telephone and also our new
and innovative ‘Internet
Presentation Tool’.
The role will
also involve speaking to
insurers and negotiating
discounts and improved pricing
as well as fact finding with
prospects to ensure that we meet
the client’s requirements and
fulfil our regulatory
requirements.
The
successful candidate will be
hardworking, focused, results
driven and able to work to
targets. They should be able to
manage their time and work load
effectively and keep arranged
telephone appointments with
clients and other promises made
without compromise. Attention to
detail and understanding a
prospects requirements and point
of view is also extremely
important.
Previous
experience in sales is required
and knowledge of the insurance
or financial service industry
would be an advantage. Training
will also be provided.
Starting
salary for the role is £18,000
per year with a very realistic
OTE of £38,000.
