leading local employers who
manufacture, supply and
distribute medical products’ to
businesses across the UK, due to
growth of the business they are
now looking to recruit a
Customer Services professional
to fulfil the role of Membership
Support Advisor to their
clients.
The Successful candidate will be
responsible for ensuring the
following criterion is met on a
daily basis:

To deal with all incoming
orders and up selling
additional products to
maximise sales whilst
providing the highest
standard of customer
services.

Administration which
involves dealing with
account credits and
completing product audits.
-
Research any new product
requests.
-
Follow up and chase any non
general requests quotes.
-
Provide a high standard of
customer service/ advice to
all existing clients in
order to develop a strong
relationship between the
client and the company.

Ultimately meet and exceed
daily and monthly targets as
implemented by the
management team in
accordance with the company
business plan
The ideal candidate will have an
excellent communication and
organisational skills with a
strong background in customer
