required to support the company
in a number of areas as it
expands into additional
territories. The role includes:
·Testing and
monitoring of the company’s
internet connected digital TV
products and services,
particularly as regards function
and behaviour in target
languages
·Assisting
the sales and technical staff as
regards contact and
communication with customers and
partners overseas. This may
require international travel
·Providing
translation services to assist
the software team and assistance
with interpreting documentation
in target languages. This may
include reviewing technical,
legal and commercial information
and preparing
summaries/translations as
required
·End user
telephone support
Candidates must have fluency in
English and the target languages
and good written and oral
communications skills.
The
candidate should have a good
ability to understand consumer
electronics and have computer
skills such as word processing
and spreadsheets and good
numeracy.
