The role of a Business and
Relationship Manager is to
increase the lead provision
suppliers, develop and account
manage existing 3rd
party relationships and produce
management information to
deliver reports at all levels.

PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Source and engage new 3rd
party business relationships
for lead generation
-
Negotiate the commercial
deals for each new
introducer
-
Manage the ongoing
relationship going forward
-
Onsite visits to business
partners to discuss
relationship
-
Closely monitor performance
levels to ensure targets are
met
-
Ensure all expenditure
levels do not exceed levels
of business written
-
Provide daily, weekly and
monthly management
information to the directors
-
Develop relationships with
existing introducers to
maximise profits for both
parties
-
KPI’s – Budget not to exceed
agreed levels
-
Listen to sales calls and
take action on findings with
both the sales manager and 3rd
party suppliers
