An exciting
opportunity has arisen for a
motivated and driven individual
to join our Internal Recruitment
Team supporting the recruitment
needs of all departments within
our contact centre. Working in a
target-driven, fast-paced
environment, you will be
responsible for the sourcing and
selection of candidates to
ensure that we continue to
recruit talented individuals
into the business.
Ideally you will be have
experience in recruiting volumes
of candidates, be of Graduate
calibre, a self-starter and
self-motivated. You will enjoy
an element of research and
development in order to make
candidate recommendations as
cost effective as possible. You
will have great communication
skills and customer awareness,
as you will be working at all
levels including Director level.
Attention to detail and great
organisational skills are a
must.
Ideally, some recruitment
experience is desirable,
however, we will provide
training for anyone with the
right attributes/attitude. This
