Howard Forster is the
Sales and Marketing Director for Howard James Recruitment Ltd
Howard Forster
commenced his recruitment career working for Reed Employment
in Croydon, as a permanent consultant, with positive
results Howard Forster soon was promoted to Temporaries
Consultant at Reed Employment Morden office. Howard was then
headhunted by Blue Arrow Personnel services, where he worked
initially for the Croydon branch, seeing him take his
temporaries desk to 4th in the company.
Further promotion
eventually saw him developing business for Croydon, Morden,
Kingston and Wimbledon offices.
After taking a
year away from recruitment the Corporate Services Group
eventually tempted Howard back into recruitment, initially
as a business development manager. Howard then moved on to
take Branch Management and Trouble shooting roles.
After relocating
to the midlands, Howard Forster took on the challenge of
opening a commercial operation in Birmingham, which found
success very quickly. Opening this operation gave Howard the
drive and commitment to open his own agency.
In 2001 Howard
opened the first branch of Howard James offering recruitment
to recruitment and commercail recruitment services.
Currently in 2010 Howard James Recruitment now has four
branches with Howard Forster leading from the front still
running his own desk alongside other professional
recruitment consultants
